Q: How to choose the system Voltage 12V /24V ?

A: Chanpower could design the system for you. Usually 12V system for 15W-40W LED lamp , 24V system for 50-150W LED lamp.

Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: Accessory sample shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx ,TNT etc. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional .

Q: Can I have a sample order for solar products?

A: Yes, Chanpower welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable, for split style solar street lights is suitable for project according to clients’ requirement, normally no sample in stock .

Q: What about the lead time?

A: Accessory sample needs 3-5 days, mass production needs 1-4 weeks for order quantity more than one container.

Q: What is your Warranty Policy?

A: Chanpower offer 3 years warranty for the entire system and replace with new ones for free in case of quality problems.
